Two years after obtaining the YOIN quality mark, Kaap Doorn Conferentiecentrum was due for a re-inspection. This reinspection was carried out by YOIN auditor Michiel Smilde. This independent reassessment has led us to congratulate the Kaap Doorn team on achieving the recertification.
The location, located in the middle of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park, has 20 meeting rooms (from 2 to 250 people). Due to its location, Kaap Doorn also offers its guests the opportunity to do activities and walks on their large private grounds.
In addition, Kaap Doorn applies socially responsible and sustainable entrepreneurship in the broadest sense of the word. Because did you know that if you organize a meeting at Kaap Doorn, you support the youth work of YMCA Nederland? They organize, among other things, holiday camps for children who need help in the Netherlands.
Kaap Doorn was one of the first conference centers in the Netherlands to be awarded the Golden Green Key in 2010.
Auditor Michiel says: "From the moment I arrived, I noticed the passionate interaction of the staff at Kaap Doorn. I received an extensive presentation of what they are currently doing as a conference center. Kaap Doorn Conference Center also remains affiliated with the Champions League of the Dutch location market.
